The multilingual guest handbook for your holiday let

How does the heating work? Which bin goes out on Tuesday? Where is the stopcock? Your guest handbook answers this before guests ask: they scan a QR code and read an illustrated welcome book in their own language – whether you let a cottage in Cornwall or a flat in Edinburgh.

What StayKind solves for UK hosts

Fewer messages

Wi-Fi, arrival, recycling, quiet hours and appliances are described once and available to every guest.

Understood in 69 languages

Each guest picks their own language; the translations appear without extra work for you.

Local notes included

Bin collection days, quiet hours and local customs are explained plainly and can be kept up to date.

Information stays current

Every instruction carries a review date, and critical details such as emergency contacts must be confirmed.

How it works

  1. Set up

Add the property, write the guest handbook with your own photos and share the cleaning and maintenance links.

  2. Hang the QR code

The QR code belongs to the property and is ready to print for the hallway.

  3. Guests scan

The guest chooses a language and finds the answer without calling you.

Common questions

Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The handbook opens through the QR code in the browser, in the guest's chosen language – no app, no account.
How many languages does StayKind support?
The handbook is available in 69 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Can I add bin collection days and local rules?
Yes. You write these notes once; guests read them in their own language, and cleaners or trades see only the details of their task.
What does StayKind cost?
The 7-day free trial per property starts on activation. Afterwards the Handbook plan costs 2,99 € and the Complete plan with role links and inventory costs 4,99 € per property and month. Nothing is charged without an explicit booking.
What happens to photos sent with a problem report?
Photos and details are used only to handle the report, are never used for advertising and are summarised in your own language.
