- Do guests need an app or an account?
- No. The house manual opens from the QR code directly in the guest’s browser, in the guest’s chosen language. A welcome book or digital guest book needs no app or account.
- How many languages does StayKind support?
- 58 languages, including German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese.
- How much does StayKind cost?
- The 7-day trial is free per property and begins when the host activates it. Afterwards the guide costs €2.99 and the complete package (with role access and inventory list) costs €4.99 per property per month. Charges occur only after an explicit booking.
- What happens after the seven days?
- After the seven days the package prices apply. Without a package you keep a basic view with arrival/check-in details, contact and emergency numbers. Paid use begins only after your explicit booking; without a booking nothing is charged.
- What happens to photos from damage reports?
- Photos and information are stored only to process the reported issue, not used for advertising, and are summarized in the host's language.
